Retail Site Photometric Lighting Plan

I’m ready to move forward with a point-by-point photometric study for a new retail development. You’ll work from my short list of four to six pre-selected luminaires and show, through calculations and a clear visual layout, how they perform across three zones: the building exterior, the full parking lot, and beneath the fuel canopy. Key objectives • Demonstrate adequate, uniform illumination in each zone while keeping light levels at the property lines to an absolute minimum. • Place and aim the fixtures so glare and spill are controlled and any hot spots or dark patches are resolved before submission to our local planning board. Deliverables 1. Full photometric plan (PDF) with contour or point grids, foot-candle readings called out, and color-coded gradients for quick review. 2. Fixture schedule that cross-references my part numbers, wattages, optics, mounting heights, and orientations. 3. Calculation summary showing max, min, average, and uniformity ratios per zone. 4. Source CAD/DWG or .IES-ready file so my architect can drop it straight into the master site plan. I will provide site CAD backgrounds, property line coordinates, mounting heights, and the IES files for each selected fixture as soon as we start. If you have experience with tools like AGi32, Dialux, or Visual Lighting, great—just let me know which platform you prefer.
