Rendering and Creating conceptual boards

I would like to have a short conceptual narrative written.

I will provide a Rhinoceros 3d model file , I need it to be fixed and add or build more details.

+AutoCad plan to be fixed, and draw additional 2 2D section drawing.

+Render the 3D model in Vray or Rivet or Enscape would be even better.

+Create a conceptual interior boards using indesign or photoshop.

the boards should include:

- Title

- Perspective shot demonstrating the idea

- Diagrams concept, zoning, levels, any special features ( not all of them but pick what suits you)

- Plan(s)

- Sections ( at least 2)

- 3d section/3d plan

- Details ( stalls)

- Perspectives
