Italian restaurant to look like a golf club house and a NEW KITCHEN TO BE ADDED AT BACK OF HOUSE WHERE CAR GARAHE WAS BEFORE GARAGE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY HURRICANE MELISSA JAMAICA RECENTLY

An Existing house ( currently one floor) four bedrooms ( 2 on either side with a bathroom in middle of both rooms on either side, front patio, living & dining room and small kitchen all in the middle from front to back.. would like to convert to a restaurant with tall ceiling ( Italian chef) pizza, wings, hamburger/fries, chicken & fries & Then ALL regular Italian meals and MAIN COURSES including Sea Food Menu Also, at front of house, I would like to add a wooden deck 30 feet forward and 60 feet wide ( which is the width of the house facing the Main Road. Using Sails for shade on the deck. Deck should be about 2 feet high from ground ( ground is slightly slanted down from house so 2 feet deck height at front steps and deck flooring maybe about 3 feet high at other end where the slanted ground ends about 30 feet from front steps) hopefully this information will allow designer to make allocations for what such Italian restaurant would need for its basic INFRASTRUCTURE TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ITALIAN MEALS & SEA FOOD DISHES ( hamburger, pizza & chicken/chips & wings are just the regular comfort food that MUST provide for kids, etc Please note, current building is too old to support a new heavy deck roof ( deck roof here in Jamaica is really cement/concrete, sand/stone maybe with BRC MESH WIRE TO HOLD THE concrete mixture tighter together without cracking over time) so this roof is best for hurricane damage, so needing maybe 4-6 columns on either side (ie:outside building) so that we can raise the new roof another 6 feet above the existing (older) height to prevent new deck roof- heavy weight on the old structure. Above restaurant will be my new living quarters straight lines -simple design above restaurant using cement board ( dry wall) for patricians of rooms, kitchen, dining, bathrooms , BIG OPEN CONCEPT patio/bar . Ideally I would like to add four bathrooms ( 2 on each side of house for convenience ( male/female) So the actual house can remain for Indoor dining, BUT THE RESTAURANT KITCHEN WILL BE BUILT AT THE BACK ( unto house) as the entire garage was damage by hurricane melissa October 28, 2025. New kitchen should be big and spacious maybe 20 backwards from house and 40 feet wide going to either side( similar to the front 60feet wide for the NEW ADDITIONAL WOODEN DECK. So adding a new deck to the front and a new kitchen to the back of house.
