Design of a well balanced 3D cylindrical aluminium Core Frame shell, This shell holds a set of components oriented along the exterior vertical axis, with mounting points for other components to be attached in the future. Front and Back should have low profile magnet bearings, to spin on an external shaft. It is expected that the harness and components will rotate around the vertical axis between 10000-24000 RPM with little or no vibration.
The device is part of an ongoing development project, modifications/improvements are expected over the life cycle of the Project. The initial device design should be CNC ready, 3D rendering, and 3D animated visualization, design files supported by Solidworks as well as manufacturing/prototyping recommendations are the scope of this stage of the project. Emphasis at this stage on a light weight modular symmetrical design that is easily manufactured.
The pay rate is negotiable,. Please bid aggressively, include a breakdown of project deliverables, timeline and rate. This is a sensitive project so an explanation on your protection of the design on your end is required. On successful completion preference for your work on the next design cycle and lateral projects.
