I have an Artwork for a cd cover. (Attached). The title is Lost Angel. I would like to create a 15 second intro animation in which the end frame will be similar to the image on the CD cover. The image on the cd cover was fairly done. I would like very good rendering and realism in the final product.

Hi, It's a cool cover and I can work with it. I can build a similar angel and animate it to fall into the cover pose. It looks like they used Poser and then painted the wings with a 2D package, so the final animation won't be exact, but it'll be as close as I can get it. I'm a professional 3D artist with over 9 years of experience.

Not sure if your budget is a typo or not. But as a professional in the video industry, I am the lowest cost professional I have seen in my 9 years of experience. And I get $12,000 for 15 second commercials that are produced with CG, 3D, effect, ect. Ultimately...this is what you're looking for. You want something realistic, awesome and high quality, it takes time and talent. I have a feeling if you choose one of the hundred dollar guys, you are going to be very disappointed with the relationship that unfolds and the results they try to come up with.
