We are an IT consultancy company based in Hong Kong. I am looking for a long term partner to work with us to supply talent to us.

In addition to an hourly rate, if candidates are hired from the list of candidates sent to us by the recruiter, we will provide a bonus of up to $300 per hired candidate! The successful candidate will be a self starter, well-spoken, and able to make several calls / emails within an allotted time frame. Note: recruiter will need to be able to make calls to Hong Kong phone numbers.
Candidates must match open job descriptions that will be provided, so we are seeking specific matches and will want quality over quantity. The goal will be to have candidates who we can call immediately to discuss the open role. Here are some of the qualities you must have: - Strong internet research skills. MUST HAVE accounts to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info, Hoovers, [login to view URL] or something similar, and Monster or other resume databases. We would prefer someone with a Hiretual account or something similar - The ability to collect, manage and clean datasets - Create databases and reports - Be able to take technical advanced engineering terms and create targeted lists with Name, Title, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number if Available, and LinkedIn profile URL. - You must be fluent in English so we can have clear communication via email and phone - Must be able to turn around solid and researched data quickly (No more than 72 hours)
