I need 15–18 verified volunteers for an upcoming qualitative study and I have less than two weeks before Zoom interviews must begin. Each participant must: • Identify as a woman of color • Currently work remotely (full- or part-time) • Live in Franklin County, Ohio Your first task is to design and host a concise pre-screening survey that confirms those three points and captures each person’s availability for a 60-minute Zoom session. As soon as a potential participant clears the survey, I will need you to: 1. Validate responses for accuracy (basic spot checks such as LinkedIn or simple proof of county residency). 2. Secure an interview slot in my shared calendar. 3. Deliver a rolling list of confirmed names and contact details so I can send consent forms immediately. Use whatever outreach channels you prefer—local online communities, professional networks, social media groups, or existing participant panels—as long as the final roster meets the criteria above and is ready for interviews inside the deadline. Success is measured very simply: 15–18 fully qualified participants scheduled in my calendar before the two-week mark, with survey data attached for each.
