Bonjour, j’ai mené plusieurs campagnes de recrutement et de prospection RH avec LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM et Google Sheets, ce mandat est donc directement opérationnel. Je vais d’abord structurer le positionnement d’Amal autour de son expérience en centres d’appels, son leadership, la gestion des plaintes, la formation et l’amélioration de la performance. Je construirai ensuite un mapping ciblé d’entreprises BPO et de services clients de taille moyenne, avec décideurs RH et opérationnels qualifiés. J’intégrerai des approches personnalisées par courriel et LinkedIn, puis un suivi documenté dans un pipeline partagé jusqu’à la qualification et la planification des entretiens. Les relances, statuts, réponses et prochaines actions seront centralisés dans le CRM; un reporting hebdomadaire permettra d’ajuster la stratégie.
