To keep things simple, you’ll publish each advert from your own active Indeed Employer account and then pass every application straight over to me so I can handle the short-listing and interviews. Here’s the exact flow: • You receive the job description and posting instructions from me. • You publish it through your verified Indeed Employer dashboard, exactly as provided. • You forward every CV you receive—either in real time or as a daily bundle, whichever is easier for you. • If I need more detail from any applicant, I’ll ask you to reach out and book a time in my calendar. When we move forward I’ll ask for a quick screenshot or other proof that your recruiter account is active and able to post immediately.
