I have approximately 5 years of experience in the HR field, especially Recruitment, Talent People Management, Payroll, Admin, and others.
My recruitment skills are talent scout, interview, candidate research and recruitment platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram Group, etc), negotiation and bidding, and compiling a talent database. I also help tidy up some people's resumes like on CV and LinkedIn.
I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant (Recruitment Specialist) which filters hundreds to thousands of candidate profiles every day to be entered into spreadsheets. My skills in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel. MS PPT, etc. can be said to be very good because I am used to entering data and creating data with these tools.
