# Freelance Placement Consultant / Placement Manager ## About the Role We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Freelance Placement Consultants to support Ed-Tech companies, Training Institutes, Skill Development Organizations, and Educational Institutions in driving placements for their students and learners. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, experience in recruitment or staffing, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and corporate recruiters to create interview opportunities and placement outcomes. ## Key Responsibilities ### Placement & Employer Engagement * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and corporate HR teams. * Generate interview opportunities for trained candidates across various IT and Non-IT domains. * Identify and approach companies with active hiring requirements. * Organize placement drives, walk-ins, virtual hiring events, and recruitment campaigns. * Coordinate employer engagement activities and corporate partnerships. ### Candidate Management * Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements. * Conduct resume screening and profile mapping. * Prepare candidates for interviews through guidance and feedback. * Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle. * Ensure timely communication between candidates and employers. ### Client & Institute Support * Act as a Placement Head/Placement Manager for partner Ed-Tech companies and training institutes. * Work closely with institute management to understand placement targets and hiring needs. * Provide regular placement reports and hiring pipeline updates. * Support branding and employer outreach initiatives. ### Staffing & Recruitment Support * Collaborate with staffing agencies and recruitment firms for bulk hiring opportunities. * Source interview requirements from consulting companies and direct clients. * Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups. * Track interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining ratios. ## Desired Skills * Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Placement Coordination, or Business Development. * Strong network of recruiters, hiring managers, staffing companies, and HR professionals. * Excellent communication and relationship management skills. * Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, etc. * Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets. * Experience working with Ed-Techs, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations is preferred. ## Qualification * Any Graduate / Postgraduate. * Prior experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR, Business Development, or Placements preferred. ## Compensation * Freelance / Commission-Based Model. * Fixed Retainer + Performance Incentives (Optional). * Attractive incentives based on: * Number of interviews scheduled * Candidate placements * Successful joinings * Corporate partnerships generated ## Who Can Apply? * Freelance Recruiters * Placement Officers * Staffing Consultants * HR Professionals * Talent Acquisition Specialists * Business Development Professionals with HR Network * Ex-Placement Managers from Colleges or Training Institutes ## Work Mode * Remote / Hybrid * Flexible Working Hours ### Success Metrics * Number of interviews scheduled * Number of offers generated * Candidate joining ratio * Employer partnerships established * Placement target achievement Join us in bridging the gap between skilled talent and hiring organizations while helping students and professionals build successful careers.
