Responsible for performing a wide variety of entry level human resources functions. Specifically, we are looking for someone to perform initial telephone interviews of job applicants to determine if they are the right fit for certain job openings in the restaurant industry.
Screens resumes to determine whether previous experience and work history are appropriate for specified job descriptions.
Conducts phone interviews with potential candidates to determine if there is a potential match with job openings.
Manages the candidate flow and results of each resume selection and phone interview.
Coordinates human resources activities with business partners and human resources manager and team members to ensure that required HR tasks are completed on time and to expectations.
Maintains working knowledge of our Client’s HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on all human resources and corporate initiatives.
Prepares and maintains human resources related reports and distributes as appropriate.
Required to move, remain flexible and quickly change from one task to the next as business needs change.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Excellent English communication, both orally and in writing
Preferably with Human Resources background
Very good PC skills
Very good Internet tools skills
Very good Google/Zoho Documents skills
SIP client (i.e. Ekiga, X-lite, Zoiper, etc – you can download it) with good headset (preferably USB)
Own work place setup with strong Internet connection (preferably xDSL)
Customer-oriented work attitude
Highly independent work ethic and outgoing personality paired with a strong team spirit
Can work during USA time, 08 - 16h EST
We will conduct an interview by Skype or Google Hangouts with the interesting candidates
We will do a test work with the best candidates and overtake those who will succeed in it
We will give feedback to every candidate
