A digital group we are looking for a global HR and talent manager to help us manage our human resources department and acquire new talents at the international level.
Main tasks will be :
- Sourcing : Job ads creation in different languages and job posting via job boards, social media, spezialised websites in different countries
- Recruitment : Preparation and follow-up of assessment tests, inital interviews over skype of new candidates
- HR communication : Assist to manage our presence on the social media, communicate, Prepare a planning of events and careers fairs to attend.
- School relationships : Liaise with alumni and school departments to increase the brand awareness and recruit junior talents for internships, school projects, first job experience, etc.
