Position: Title Processor
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Work from home – Pittsburgh, Detroit, Washington DC metro, and Dallas
Position Type: Part time
General Description of the position
We require candidates who can work from home to do following tasks:
a) Type and review Title reports (Property reports, Commitments etc.) and Title policies
b) Examine documentation such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements in order to verify factors such as properties' legal descriptions, ownership, or restrictions.
c) E-mailing, faxing, & copying reports in a timely & accurate manner.
d) Deliver completed reports meeting agreed quality and productivity standards
e) Provide periodical reports on work done to reporting manager/ project manager, as it deems fit.
a) Good typing skills with 35 wpm or above
b) Proof reading skills with good eye for details
c) Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and internet
d) Previous experience in Title processing
e) Excellent communication skills: email, phone and fax
Qualification & experience
a) Minimum of high school diploma
b) 2-5 years of Title Word Processing or Title Typing experience
