I am building a real estate wholesaling company and platform designed to operate like a machine, with structured workflows, team roles, deal tracking, and automation. The goal is not just to close deals manually but to build a scalable system capable of handling high deal volume through organized processes and technology. The platform is currently being developed with a developer, and I’m looking for someone who can step in as a strategic operator and founder’s right hand to help bring the vision together and ensure the business is structured correctly before launch. This person will help guide development, refine workflows, and eventually help manage operations as the business grows. ⸻ The Vision The long-term goal is to build a high-volume wholesaling operation capable of generating millions in revenue through systems, automation, and strong team structure. The platform is being designed to manage the entire business workflow including: • seller lead intake • lead management dashboards • deal analysis tools • acquisitions workflow • contract management • dispositions workflow • buyer network management • deal distribution to investors • internal team dashboards The goal is to build a professional operation that runs efficiently and scales over time. ⸻ Your Role You will work directly with the founder and help: • communicate with the developer building the platform • translate business ideas into clear development tasks • review the platform to ensure workflows make sense • identify missing features or improvements • help structure the operational systems of the company • ensure the platform is ready for launch You will also review the business from multiple viewpoints: • seller experience • buyer experience • acquisitions workflow • dispositions workflow • internal management systems • branding and public perception Your job is to help ensure nothing critical is missed before launch. ⸻ Your First Mission (First 30 Days) If hired, your first goal will be to help: • review the platform structure and workflows • work with the developer to finalize the system • identify any missing operational pieces • help structure the business workflows and internal roles • prepare the company for launch The objective is to move from building the system → launching and running the business. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Developer Coordination Work with the developer to ensure the platform is built according to the intended workflow. Help translate operational needs into development tasks. ⸻ Operational System Design Help refine systems such as: • lead pipeline • acquisitions process • deal analysis workflow • contract workflow • dispositions process • buyer management system • internal dashboards ⸻ Strategic Thinking Constantly evaluate the system and ask: • Are we missing anything? • Is this scalable? • Can this workflow be improved? You should proactively bring ideas and improvements. ⸻ Launch Preparation Help ensure the company is ready before the platform goes live. Review: • operational workflow • lead management systems • buyer network structure • branding and public image • internal team processes ⸻ Ideal Candidate Looking for someone who: • has experience working with startups or early-stage businesses • understands systems, operations, and workflows • can communicate effectively with developers • is strategic and proactive • enjoys helping build and structure businesses Experience with real estate, SaaS platforms, or CRM systems is a plus but not required. ⸻ Long-Term Opportunity This role can grow into a leadership position such as: • General Manager • Head of Operations • Strategic Operations Lead Helping run and scale the company as it grows. ⸻ Important This is not a typical task-based freelancer role.
