EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT We buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial real estate in Washington, DC and the surrounding area and are expanding our business nationwide. We are looking for a person who has some real estate experience but is eager to expand and build on their industry skills and company responsibilities. You will be the primary support to myself, the managing director and secondarily to the rest of our small team. This is an opportunity to eventually move from being an Executive Assistant to truly being an "Assistant Executive". Your primary responsibilities will be to enable all the systems, communication, activity, other VA's and technology involved in running my business. Mostly this includes various tasks involved with: – General Admin: email handling, calendar maintenance, contact maintenance, light bookkeeping, meeting coordination, electronic filing, etc. Relevant software/tools: all MS Office programs, One Drive, MS Teams, etc. – Marketing: list management, direct mail coordination, lead generation, LinkedIn management and marketing Relevant software/tools: online software for lead generation, CRM, etc. – Transaction Coordination: organizing inspections, permitting, interact with general contractors, title companies, managing technology, service providers, and much more. Relevant software/tools: MS Office, DotLoop, Docusign, Follow Up Boss, Authentisign – Technical Projects: Must be proficient and experienced with computer systems, industry software, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with high aptitude navigating, using, and setting up various software that we use or will use. You will be responsible for in-house technical issues. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Go High Level software and/or Follow Up Boss software. – Analysis and research: Must be able to utilize basic market data, from various online sources including the local multiple listing service.
