Hi I have already worked with real estate wholesalers and have generated leads reaching out to distressed homeowners going through foreclosure, behind on mortgage payments or struggling financially. I was calling them and asking for their motivation, timeline and asking price. Then run ARV and renovation cost estimates and pass on to the wholesaler.
