Freelance Real Estate Sales Agents – 70% Commission

We are expanding our real estate brokerage network across Egypt and are looking for experienced freelance real estate sales agents. Commission: • Agents receive 70% of the brokerage commission on every successful closed deal. • Commission is paid after the transaction is completed and the brokerage commission is received. What you will do: • Find and communicate with your own potential buyers or tenants. • Promote available residential and commercial properties. • Arrange and conduct property viewings when required. • Negotiate with clients and help close transactions. • Follow up with your clients throughout the sales process. What we provide: • Professional marketing materials for the available properties. • Property information and project details. • Support related to the available properties and transactions. • A flexible freelance arrangement with no fixed working hours. Important: This is a commission-only freelance opportunity. Agents are responsible for finding their own clients and generating their own leads. We do not provide client leads or formal training. Who we are looking for: • Real estate sales experience is preferred. • An existing network of buyers, investors, or tenants is a strong advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and close deals. • Agents located anywhere in Egypt are welcome.
