I would like someone to work of a template i found on template [url removed, login to view] there are very little modifications to be made to it i like it the way it is. The website will provide discounts to people looking to buy or sell a home within canada i will have 3 packages. the first one is free the second one requires a 20 dollar deposit and the third one a 50 dollar deposit. There are a max of 8 pages to be made, there is also a form with the details of the people signing up. There is also a component for e-mail confirmation and notification. In all its a very small project, the script is allready made. I have 300 dollars to spend on development and design. Is there anybody outhere that would be interested in this project? If i find the right candidate we can start tomorrow!

There is also production of 2 banners involve but would be very simple cut and paste job from the template
