i need an professional app developer

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. It will have total 21 pages, I need an whole platform of RPG, it is fantasy game that needs a minimum of 3 players. These players choose a book and create stories with it.

A player is a master chosen from a base of the story as the place and the challenges. The other players create characters for the story. The master narrates the story and the players decide what happens to their characters. (please google it or watch a tutorial about it, for more info) so I need the mobile app for that whole game, I want to connect, games masters and common players, app will have subscription for CM(comon players), multiple virtual rooms where games will be live and many more.

please take a note, don't confuse it with game development it is the project of developing a app not a game, (as I said please gain more info about rpg) I have a very limited budget and very bounded deadline, if you charge me a good price then I have two more apps to develop I will sure work with you after that project,

and it is a request please send a code file in react native if you have worked in react native, (can be a real project or a practice project) I just need it for making sure you are right person for my project
