TradingView Webhook Alert to Tradestation API order (Python, AWS Lambda)

I need an auto-trading bot using the Tradestation API. Bot will receive a JSON feed from TradingView alerts then processes the feed and creates/cancels orders.
AWS Lambda will host the bot (using Python chalice).

Bot will have the following functionality;
- Accept Tradingview Alert (Webhook Alerts)
- Create an order
- determine if a current order exists. if not,
- setting amount (JSON feed )
- setting fixed contracts amount
- post only (posts to TRADESTATION orderbook)
- set stop-loss (2%)
- trade type (JSON feed for long or short)
- if an current order exists, do not add to the order
- Cancel specific order
- Cancel all orders
- Reports
- View open and closed positions
- View trade history
- View account balance
