Write me a VERY Small program that will run in my system tray and perform a few automated tasks....(downloading files...(3 of them) opening them in EDIT MODE and GRABBING Info from the PLS File(a URL STREAM)) and then logging into a webpage and INSERTING that TXT from inside the PLS file into a webpage box and pressing save First, it will VISIT a URL and download a . PLS File the program will open [login to view URL] File in EDITOR mode(all behind the scenes I won't see any of this happen) and it will GRAB A URL LINK (it is an MP3 STREAM), it will COPY that STREAM URL and log into a WEB PAGE on my account and UPLOAD that URL that it got out of the PLS File. This will do this for 3 DIFFERENT PLS FILES... that come from a TOTAL OF TWO web pages. This program will run once every 5 minutes. When this WORKS the ICON in the SYS TRAY will show a GREEN CHECKMARK for its ICON if it was successful, or a RED X if it FAILED and then it will try again on its normal update time 5 mins later. (so it will AUTORUN its tasks every 5 mins) If you CAN do this TELL ME and I'll send the LINKS etc... Don't bid 30$ and ask for 1000$. 99 + 77 = ?

176 I already bid the maximum of what is possible as it's definitely not a "VERY" small program, it's a considerable sized program. I can download PLS file, get stream link all behind the scenes and change the icon in systray I believe. But opening in browser part has to be done in foreground, is that ok?
