In purchase and stock transfer we will follow standard procedure of ERP like making purchase order then purchase approved make purchase then bring stock and same thing goes for transfer also for store who have more multiple branch they will follow standard ERP transfer procedure make transfer request then transfer approved transfer verification then bring stock
For store who are only pos clients we will bring this step simple from setting we will control they can make direct purchase and direct transfer without extra standard step both option we will keep for standard and nonstandard clients
