Python - Package - Convert script to work with a mesh determined by topography surface instead of a flat cube.

GeoBO Python package currently runs a Geophysical Inversion. However, for industry application we need this to work on a 3 Dimensional mesh with the surface determined by a single band .tif topography grid, rather than just a simple cube mesh. The Gravity and Magnetic Geophysical sensors would need to have a setting that says they are at x metres above the mesh. The deliverables would be as follow:
- Inversion and .vtk process to be converted to a 3 dimensional mesh determined by a topography .tif;
- [login to view URL] file would include a single band topography .tif file, as input;
- [login to view URL] would have a sensor height setting (height above topography);
- The entire script would run as as it does currently including drill hole constraints, but with the 3d mesh with surface topography as the output instead of the cube;
- Clipping the cube to the topography is not a valid work around.
