Python / Flask / Bootstrap / jQuery large scale enterprise application development

I am looking for an experienced developer to tea up with us to continue building a fully fledged ERP / eCommerce system using Python, Flask, Bootstrap, jquery et.al.
Main functionality:
- The application should provide all the necessary features for managing and running a large-scale enterprise, including logistics/supply chain management, inventory management, order processing, CRM, and financial management.
- It should also serve as a comprehensive eCommerce platform, allowing customers to browse and purchase products, manage their accounts, and track their orders.
Preferred technology stack:
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, Flask, and Bootstrap (along with jquery for example). Familiarity with these technologies is essential to ensure efficient development and a seamless user experience.
Specific third-party integrations:
- No specific third-party integrations are needed at this time. However, the developer should be open to integrating additional functionality in the future, such as payment gateways or social media APIs, if required.
Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python, Flask (if you know Django - I'm sure you can rescale to Flask, too), and Bootstrap as well as jQuery is a must.
- Ideally, you know your way around SQL and are able to work with postgreSQL
- Experience with large-scale application development, particularly in the ERP and eCommerce domains, is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of database design and management is essential for efficient data handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are important for this project.

Particular emphasis is now given to the logistics module, which is about halfway through and needs completion. As such, we would be willing to hire potential candidates for small sprints relating to the management of incoming goods based on the existing data model to see their codework. Skills involved are, obviously, python, flask, bootstrap, jQuery and frontend development.
You must be able to communicate fluently in English or German, must integrate well in a team and be quick on the uptake. Availability during Vienna daytime for meetings is an absolute must.
This is a long term opportunity with a lot of potential for the right candidate that can lead to becoming a member of the management team - which is also the reason why I will be asking very detailed questions during any interview.
