Python & Django Developer for creating rest api's (Skeleton project and DB is already in place)

I'm looking for an experienced Python and Django and Mysql developer to construct a multitenant REST API project with three key components: an admin module, a customer module, and SMS integration using Twilio. The project will require the following: Admin Module: - CRUD Operations: I'll need a solid set of operations for creating, reading, updating, and deleting entries. - User Management: The admin module should have a user management system. - Reporting and Analytics: The ability to generate reports and analyze data will be critical. Customer Module: - Multiple roles under Customer - Registration and Login: The customer module should allow users to register and log in securely. - Account Management: There should be a functionality for account management for customers. SMS Integration using Twilio: - Send SMS Notifications: The system should be able to send out SMS notifications. - Receive SMS Replies: I'd like the system to be able to receive replies to the SMS messages it sends. Build Artificial Intelligence module for speech to text The ideal candidate for this job should have: - Profound experience in Python and Flask for REST API development. - Prior experience in working on multitenant systems. - Strong understanding of Twilio API for SMS integration. - Knowledge of databases for user and data management. - Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
