We need support with the implementation of CRM functions of Odoo 11 Community Edition.
To be specific: answer questions, explain Odoo best practices, create new fields, give training in the system and help with problems during implementation.
If the cooperation is good, it will probably take up to several hundred hours of work.
We can communicate in English, but if we could communicate in German, it would be great.
Our Odoo interface is in German.
Who can explain the community version of Odoo CRM in detail (i.e. beyond Odoo's webinar videos) and explain our questions about CRM processes so that our marketing and sales staff can work productively and efficiently with Odoo CRM.
To do this, some new fields must also be inserted. How many exactly depend on the questions whether our requirements can already be implemented out-of-the-box or whether new fields or new programming or new modules are required for this.
If the cooperation is good, this can be a very big project, because we want to gradually implement all functions like helpdesk, invoicing, accounting, applicant management etc.. But the start is the introduction of the CRM module.
