Flask Web App With Auth

I’m putting together a small-scale web application in Python using Flask. The core of the project is the browser-facing site, but I also need a clean REST layer that handles user authentication (login, registration, session management, token refresh, etc.) so the front end can stay fully decoupled. Your code should be organised, readable and ready to run with minimal setup—ideally pip-installable in a virtual environment, wired into a simple SQLite or Postgres database, and structured for easy extension into full CRUD later. Unit tests for the auth endpoints, concise README instructions, and a brief architecture overview are essential acceptance criteria I’d like to see a detailed project proposal from you that sketches the tech stack decisions, milestones, and any libraries or extensions (Flask-Login, Flask-JWT-Extended, SQLAlchemy, Blueprints, Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.) you plan to use. This will help me compare approaches before I award the job.
