Excel E-mail & Domain Match Filter

I am looking for a simple program that can clean up my excel file.

1. The program needs to be intelligent enough to auto determine which column is domain, which column is the e-mail

2. It will auto compare the domain name and compare it with the e-mail to see if they are identical.

example:

3. It will create a new Excel file, Only copy over the ones that match and discard ones that doesn't.

* Open/Save Window Required:

* Manual Specify of Domain & E-mail Column.

* Auto save settings to .ini file, auto load previous auto saved settings to save time.

* Portable:

I wish to maintain the file structure shown above. The software is completely portable. I will be able to copy the folder. Migrate it to another PC or back it up.

Update browser: As new browser comes out, I would like the ability to update it.

Desired Programming Language:

• Python

• C#

* Need Source Code when Job is Complete, After any Bug fixes, and Updates

* Milestone release upon completion of project & is bug free.
