Build me a Algo Trading Software in Python

We would like to have python project developed on ready to use basis with following features : (**the technical terms used here are based on crude understanding of computer world, so may not be exactly correct. ) Standalone application modules: 1. Strategy Building 2. Backtesting 3. Paper Trade 4. Live automated trading 5. Fetch data for atleast 2 years for NFO and store for further use as per requirement AWS Serverless Application using Lambda Function and python : 1. Paper trading 2. Automated trading The sample strategy layout is as under (can be discussed further for nitty-gritties) 1. Buy ATM +/- 200 strike Put/Call (ITM) 2. Set stoploss/ trailing stop loss to individual legs 3. Set trailing stoploss to overall profit 4. Exit the strategy on change in ATM/Underlying by certain number of points. Data sources available 1. Yahoo Finance - open source library available 2. Google Finance - open source library available 3. Broker APIs(samco/Alice blue/5paisa preferred) Readymade libraries with good documentation available - 1. Backtrader 2. TA-Lib 3. Zipline These libraries can be used as it is or may be customized as per required by tweaking the code to our requirements. Interactive platform desired for visualization, matplotlib or any other suitable libraries may be used. PyQT5 preferred for UI or any other as may be found suitable. The installation, etc has to be done by developer. But, code should be able to be tweaked at our end subsequenlty, so access will have to be provided to us. Also, initially doubt clearing sessions may be required for a runthrough the project. Coceptual support required, if any, can be provided by us inclduding business logic, making it easier for the developer to focus only on coding/design.
