Algo Trading System for Alpaca

System is to be written utilizing Alpaca for trading and Polygon for the data feed in Python. This is to be a momentum based high frequency trading platform.
Functional description:
- a scanner to identify potential stocks
- price range
- price movement
- volume
- watch identified stocks for potential long and short trades based on algo parameters
- ability to have a list of saved stocks which are always on the identified list
- algo parameters are to be written utilizing 5 second bars
- algos to use at start are:
- MACD ( multiple time frames )
- RSI
- 10 Bar ( to be X bars )
- system is to watch last X bars to be used to set trailing stop loss $
- when conditions are met, to either buy (momentum up) or short sell (momentum down) and set trailing stop lose for either trade
- monitor positions held to identify when to get out of the position ( algo conditional parameters no longer true )
- also close out position X minutes before market close
- web interface to :
- monitor
- adjust algo settings
- Add/Mod static Identified stocks
- force single or all position close out
