I have a working 3 page site that administers something similar to a survey and it's written in Ruby on Rails. I need someone to take the Ruby code and implement the exact same site using Python/Django and put it up on Heroku. The first page is static, just with a little bit of javascript. The second page is the surveying page and it is repeated several times showing different stimuli to the user and asking them to pick their favorite. The last page shows the results of their choices in a nicely paginated manner. There is a somewhat complex model/algorithm that is used when showing the second page and deciding how many screens of that page to show. But this algorithm has already been coded in Ruby, so it shouldn't be hard to replicate in Python. You can see the fully functional site here: [login to view URL]
The ideal candidate will be someone who knows both Ruby on Rails AND Python/Django.
The other main issue is timing. This needs to be done as soon as possible. At the absolute latest, it needs to be completed by 1/3/2013, but I will pay extra to someone who can get it done sooner: for example this weekend.
