Automobile Portal - Phase1

Our requirements may change from day-to-day. It's a waste of our time and your time to argue over whether something is "in scope" but we will try to explain the scope as much as possible. So I will work on pay per hour model. We need developers who can prototype quickly and who can adapt to rapid change. Work Definition This phase contains following topics: - news publishing - user management - comment management - admin panel, image and album management -Image upload and albume creation module Detailed explanations is on the attachment. Also you can see the attachment for template. It contains html/css/bootstrap/some javascript. Give a life to this design Note: In following phases there will be car related(car listing, adding car, car comparison etc.) content and some different user types. But for minimizing risks and to meet you and understand your job responsibility, I planned a simple package to start. In the future, there will be following phases. Automobile related content. Add car, list car, various car listing, comparisons, different user types and their specific pages, adaptive ui for mobile support etc. How we will choose the opponent: For phase 1, possibly one freelancer hired. Than we will plan next iterations. Update: Please answer following additional questions in your proposal 1- Is there any mechasim to track project addition to elance work wiew such as basecamp, jira, redmine, youtrack etc? Can me and my friends as a user? 2- How will you control the version of code. Private Bitbucket or git ? How is your commit and deploy cycle and continuous integration? 3- Where do you thing to depoloy code? Heroku or your vps server? 4- What is time estimation for phase 1. For me shorter is better. Do you have any plan to shorten the project time. There are more phases to complete. What is your work breakdown structure and plan? 5- You saw our template. Does it need any modification, for example javascript side? Do we need angularjs. (For the admin site it is not problem but does it make any delay to open site) 6- Which framework will you use to implement REST? 7- I thing PostgreSQL is fine. What do you think? 8-Do we need caching or something else? Because our expectancy is 3 million unique visitor in a month? Speed is important? 9- My strict choices for technology: Latest version Python 3.x and Django 1.7, REST, Git. Is it ok for you? 10- What about Nginx, uWSGI, redis, other technology? 11- What about your code quality? Modular, readable, commented or not ?
