Python coding support/tutoring

I am doctoral student (political science) working on a dissertation that (I hope) includes mining large amounts of text documents. I need to extract both specific features of the documents, classify the content of texts, and (again, hopefully) more. I need a python coder to help guide and shape the coding I need to do. I have attempted basic steps myself, but do not have a community in which I can simply say "Here's what I would like to do, but am not sure what methods are appropriate/useful", or "I've tried this, googled the heck out of the error messages, but still can't get it to work. Can you help?" I'm looking for periodic, ongoing help, and am thus paying an hourly rate. The rate of work will be higher to begin, then trend downward as I improve my own skills. I think this project is best for a python coder that likes working with new coders, has some loose time to assist, a great deal of patience, and appreciates seeing themselves acknowledged in academic articles (along with being paid).
