Corporate Event PR Manager Needed

I’m planning a corporate event in Kochi / Ernakulam aimed squarely at strengthening team spirit and internal engagement. To make it a success I need an experienced Public Relations professional who can shape the narrative, keep employees excited from the first teaser to post-event wrap-ups, and ensure every touchpoint feels cohesive and on-brand. You’ll be my point person for crafting the communication strategy, developing engaging content (emails, internal newsletters, short videos, social snippets), coordinating with our design and HR teams, and managing any local vendors or venues we bring on board. While the focus is internal, I still want polished press notes and photo assets ready in case we decide to share highlights with the wider community. Key deliverables: • A concise PR plan with timelines, messaging pillars, and channel breakdown • All written copy and creative briefs required for pre-event, live-event, and follow-up communications • On-site support in Kochi on event day to handle stakeholder briefing, last-minute media requests, and live coverage coordination • A post-event report measuring engagement and recommending next steps Hands-on familiarity with internal comms tools (Slack, Workplace, Microsoft Teams) and event-day coordination software will be valuable. Because team synergy is our top priority, I need someone who can be physically present for planning meetings and the event itself, so local or easily-traveling professionals are preferred.
