We already possess existing land documents and records for the relevant plots, and these will be provided to you at the start of the project. The attached document is only an example/sample of the type of records we already hold. Similar documents and references will be provided for each individual plot/parcel of land. These documents should give you a strong starting point to trace, verify, and obtain the complete and latest official records connected to each property. Using the provided documents and references, we require assistance obtaining ALL current and relevant land documents, including: • Certified Fard / Jamabandi records • Registry documents and sale deeds • Mutation / Inteqal records • Khewat / Khatooni / Khasra details • Ownership history and linked records • Patwari records and supporting land registers • Any available archival or historical ownership documents • Verification that all records are updated correctly within the PLRA system It is very important that the professional confirms and documents clear proof of ownership and ensures there are no missing, outdated, disputed, or conflicting records. We also require accurate identification and mapping of the land, including: • Exact land location and boundaries • Patwari maps and field records • Shajra / cadastral maps • Registry-linked location information • Site sketches, drawings, or official map extracts where available • Assistance identifying the exact physical location of the land on maps and in government records The work may require visits to the Arazi Record Centre in Kharian or Gujrat, meetings with Patwari officials, and use of the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) system and related government offices.
