From knowledge of Airbnb, to designing floor plans, scheduling and booking concert spaces, overlooking production documents for the various development dates, getting quotes and speaking to external vendors thats part of the production, confirming event capacity and various staging requirements. Looking for a talent to not only book and manage my real estate space on a day to day as a digital agent that's has 24/7 responsiveness while being able to provide remote assistance necessary for booking and managing various external locations. As I throw events, do music videos, shoot film and more, I'm looking for my personal admin that's able to taken in a lot of the applications coming in, and basically do about everything as a front desk secretary. From confirming casting emails from applications and vendors who want to be scheduled for the events show times, to actors needing to get the information for their rehearsals, dancers needing to inquire about when they are getting paid you are the logistics admin that's dealing with everything. I want someone able to go through all the events and locations i've used and be able to orgnize it to dates so this way we can confirm all the bookings that's coming up that we need to prepare for. As i'm starting to go on tour as an artist with various artists booking my studio to record music, to show their film for funding and even book some of the rooms to stay as a Creative hotel for performing artists, you are able to consolidate a lot of the excel documents, emails, upcoming tour dates and more as we start to update our website with this new information!
