Part-Time Project Manager Needed

I need a part-time project manager for a residential renovation project, just to the north of Lisbon, Portugal. The primary responsibilities include project planning and tracking, as well as contractor monitoring. I am open to using project management tools other than Trello, Asana, or Jira.
