Key Responsibilities: Job Application Management: Research and identify relevant job opportunities, track application deadlines, organize application materials, and maintain detailed records of submitted applications and follow-ups Speaking Opportunity Research: Find and evaluate conferences, podcasts, webinars, and industry events seeking speakers; match opportunities to client expertise and goals Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, emerging skills demands, and competitive landscape information relevant to client's field Professional Networking Support: Identify networking events, professional communities, and connection opportunities; help manage outreach and relationship building Content & Communication: Draft professional correspondence including cover letters, LinkedIn messages, speaker proposals, and follow-up emails (with client approval) Calendar & Pipeline Management: Coordinate interviews, speaking engagements, and networking events; maintain organized tracking systems for all opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong research skills with ability to identify high-quality opportunities across multiple platforms Excellent written communication in English; ability to write professionally and persuasively Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar) Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking platforms Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms/tools quickly
