Task-Based Program Coordinator & Support Specialist – NextGigoS

We are hiring a Task-Based Program Coordinator / Support Specialist at NextGigos. You will be assigned specific performance-driven tasks and milestones, such as coordinating learner outreach, managing candidate referrals, or facilitating communication. Detailed task instructions, targets, and communication will be coordinated directly through WhatsApp once onboarding is complete. Key Responsibilities: Execute assigned tasks and milestones based on target requirements (e.g., student/intern outreach, candidate referrals, or group support). Maintain clear and prompt communication with the team regarding progress and completion updates. Help guide learners/candidates through assigned processes and maintain tracking/updates. Compensation Structure: Fixed / Gig Payouts: Compensation is task-based. Payouts/milestones will be created and released upon successful completion of each assigned task or target quota. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active communication availability via WhatsApp. Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
