I am looking to expand my operations outside of the US to lower costs. I would like to find a competent, honest, and enthusiastic manager to oversee these operations (I am leaning toward an eastern European location- but any one is welcome to apply). Your bid amount is your monthly salary. Duties will include.
1) Finding office space and equipment
2) Hiring 4-8 employees
3) Managing the development of multiple websites
I will assist in the first phase and be on location as things are set-up.
I see the primary work being divided into basic categories:
1) Content development, writing on a variety of topics with SEO in mind. Content development is probably where 60% of the work is- don’t bother bidding if you don’t think you could hire a number of local individuals who are fluent and comfortable writing in English. Content must be readable and professional
2) Incorporating this content into web pages.
