There are two compotents to the project 1) Format existing Joobla page so it look nice & attractive I do suggest group them into types: word document, PPT, images & posters etc Requirement is make sure files are fast to download and all links are working + link to the right file!!! 2) I also want you to review the Word documents and make sure all the links are working.
