We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Freelance Project & Operations Coordinator to help streamline outreach, logistics, and follow-through. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects moving, relationships warm, and opportunities alive. Responsibilities Manage outreach campaigns (cold calls, targeted emails, social media follow-ups). Schedule and coordinate investor and client meetings. Support business development, including contract prep and consulting opportunities. Assist with grant applications and research funding opportunities. Monitor inbox and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Track and manage social media engagement (comments, DMs, follow-ups). Provide light project management support to keep tasks organized and on time. Anticipate needs and remove friction so leadership can focus on growth. Requirements Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Comfortable handling external communications with professionalism. Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools (HubSpot, Calendly, Notion, etc.) preferred.
