Job Title Freelance Project Manager – Network Infrastructure & Structured Cabling Description We are building a database of experienced freelance Project Managers across Africa to support upcoming network infrastructure and structured cabling projects. This is an opportunity to be considered for future site-based assignments in various African locations. Responsibilities Coordinate on-site project activities Supervise contractors and installation teams Monitor project schedules and progress Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Escalate risks and issues promptly Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Preferred Experience Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Structured Cabling Fibre Optic Installation Office Network Deployment ICT Infrastructure Low Voltage (ELV) Systems Data Centres Office Fit-Out Projects Telecom Infrastructure Requirements Previous experience managing on-site infrastructure projects Strong communication and reporting skills Experience coordinating contractors Ability to work independently PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is an advantage Based in an African country To Apply Please include: Current Country Current City Years of Project Management Experience Relevant Infrastructure Projects Managed Certifications Daily Rate Availability CV Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
