We need to have a rudimentary Level 1 schedule setup as a baseline CPM. We then need the data from another MS Project schedule and the Excel spreadsheet entered in with the corresponding logic. The final data must show where the delays occurred and the overall impact of these delays. The final schedule will also need to show the impact of the delay and quantify the amount. I have also included for information on the WBS, the original Level 3 schedule that I prepared for information. The upper info in the "Stimson As Built" contains the Level 1 that was provided to the owner and the lower was to be the new layout of activities. The Stimspon 2018-04-07 was being setup as the baseline/actual tracking worksheet for the activities not shown in excel. I have also included the owners reps daily notes of activities underway. I understand it's a mess, but I don't have time to have it complete within the time-frame as we have 3 tenders closing this week.
