We are looking for a very organised professional to help us stay on top of the key tasks and projects that we are working on with a variety of customers in the sports industry.
The role involves coordinating our Directors diary plus organising and scheduling key communication and creating a system that will ensure that projects are managed and moving.
Skills in MS Office are a must plus use of CRM and online project management systems. A strong level of English is an absolute must, plus the ability to manage projects and use own initiative.
We prefer a US based assistant as most of our customers are US based and therefore being on the same time as them is preferred.
A knowledge of sports, especially tennis would be a bonus but being highly organised and structured is the highest priority.
