I need a KANA consultant (preferably Dutch speaking) for an existing customer in Den Haag. The requirement is ASAP and for 6 months.
KANA Response & KANA IQ implementation experience
Ability to integrate KANA products with other systems
Hands on with Kana SDK and API
Ability to provide implementation solutions for business requirements, by configuration or customization of KANA
Good communication and customer handling skills
- CRM Domain Knowledge
- Contact Center Processes & Tools
- Other tools in KANA suite (Response Live etc.)
- Understanding of Dutch
Support and maintenance of KANA based customer support systems, which include e-mail response management and knowledge management.
Provide solution and implementation approach for new business requirements and enhancements
Execution of the solution, coding, testing, technical guidance to rest of the team
Co-ordination with offshore
Project planning, task allocation, tracking, reporting
Adhere to prevailing processes and SLAs
