Your assignment is (in PowerPoint form, approximately 25 slides) to create a blackbelt project summarizing the problem, goal, process, causes of variation, analysis, graphics, and potential experiments to control. The expectation that using the sample presentation that was provided each team will be able to recreate and populate at least 10 different tools using the updated data from the 2013 tab in the excel document . Be sure to look at the example [login to view URL] (provided) and the current data (provided). You and your team can ask any questions you wish of your instructors.
