Temperature Monitoring Software with GUI

Hi there, I have a cryptocurrency mining rig and I would like some software that monitors the temperature of the CPU and GPU’s. I would like this software to email me if any one of the GPU’s or if the CPU exceeds a certain temperature (degrees c)limit. I would like this to have a GUI and to be an executable shortcut on my desktop. I would like it to contain 1 graph for each component connected to the machine. E.g say I remove or add a GPU I would like it to automatically pick it up in this software and add a graph to view on this software. I would like each graph to have a title of what the card is and what the number is e.g RX 580 card 2. I would like the graph to have temperature and time in mins on the X and Y axis. I would like there to be a small box to the right side above this graph for each graph/ GPU or CPU where I can customise what temperature limit I get emailed at. I would like the email to contain a current screenshot of the graph and to be worded like: “Alert Graphics Card RX 580 card 2 has exceeded its temperature limit, current temp 79 degrees c”. I would only like it to email me once the card has consistently been above the temperature limit for 20 seconds or more. I would like the ability to change the recipients who receive the email in the GUI. I would also like the ability to make it automatically run on startup. My current specs: Intel Pentium G3460 4GB RAM 1x RX Vega 64 (will be adding more cards shortly hence why I want it to be able to automatically pick them up) 120GB SSD Windows 10 64 bit Build 20H2 Any questions feel free to ask.
