Prepare methodology, bill of material, I/O list, recommendation for hardware & software and initial proposal for your consideration 3. Write the PLC program for the controls in any of IEC61131-3 languages. Prepare HMI/SCADA interface and send you the simulation sample for acceptance. 4.
